Bought a caravan in December from Martin. Honestly felt so at ease he came in explained everything and then just left us to have a good look around and sit and have a chat about the caravan then once we decided it was the right caravan shouted Martin to go through all the stuff and sent deposit over and he let us know when it would be ready for pick up. Quick easy and efficient hand over. Even after we got it home any questions we asked he answered. Would definitely recommend and if we upgrade again we will be using South Yorkshire caravans again.

Excellent service. With us working shifts Martin accommodated our availability to not only view the caravan but also to collect it at short notice. Throughly talked us through all aspects of the caravan and making sure it was fully serviced before collection . Emma also was very prompt with all the paperwork. I will definitely go back for our next caravan but loving this one it won’t be anytime soon.

I was looking to sell the caravan and Martin contacted me and offered a good price, a week later going back to the van a fixon had snapped and caused damage to the van, i contacted Martin to give him the news, he listened and re offered which despite the damage was a very fair offer. A very smooth transaction and very prompt payment before the van left. I would not hesitate to recommend Martin (south yorkshire caravans)

Bought a caravan from here and they have not give us any paper work or proof of service.they say thye can't find it yet we have a photo of it being in the caravan so we have no warranty now with adria

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry for the frustration caused and would like to clarify the situation. The caravan was fully serviced prior to sale. Unfortunately, the original service sheet was later misplaced between viewing and collection. As explained at the time, our independent engineer is unable to simply reissue service documentation without physically re-inspecting the caravan, as he services a large number of caravans each week and must follow correct service and warranty procedures. For this reason, we offered for the caravan to be brought back so it could be re-checked and the correct documentation reissued. This was the only compliant way to ensure the paperwork would be valid for manufacturer warranty purposes. Emma - South Yorkshire Caravans LTD
